Division of Whole Numbers (Missing Factor Approach):  If a and b are any whole numbers b ≠ 0, then

a ÷ b = c if any only if a = bc where c is a whole number

Zero Property of Division:  If a ≠ 0, then 0 ÷ a = 0

Division by 0 is undefined.
